One sunny day near the south coast Roy Salvadori commented “Give me Goodwood on a summer’s day, and you can keep the rest”.
During a similarly sunny weekend in September T4P visited the famous Goodwood motor circuit for the annual revival meeting. Past the entrance gates we were transported back in time, dropped right in the middle of a bustling 60s high street. Past the Porsche garage, hair salon and quaint pub, the roar of engines of the past filled the track.
A particular highlight was the St Mary’s Trophy and Royal Automobile Club TT Celebration.
